In 2010 we signed one of his players whose conduct both on and off the field was exemplary. Navigating through the immigration process was made easy with all relevant paperwork being provided in a timely manner. In the winter of 2000/1 we investigated an overseas player for the forthcoming season and Bouncer Sports were one of a number of companies/agents who replied. Right from the very first contact Nadeem has done exactly what he has promised to do and that remains the case over ten years later.

What has always shone through is Nadeem’s honesty and his awareness of the partnership involved in a club employing an overseas player. He has a working knowledge of how English clubs operate and is able to tailor the needs of the club and his player perfectly. This comes from a close appreciation of the skills and character of the players’ he handles. We have had four outstanding Pakistani players in: Shahid Nazir (2001-4), Taufeeq Umar (2005), Yasir Ali (2006) and then currently Zohaib Khan (2009-). The missing years are explained by a change of captain who has left the club after we were nearly relegated! We went quickly back to Bouncer in 2009 where we picked up our relationship again.

Nadeem has handled the increasingly complicated nature of employing an overseas player with a reassuring calmness regardless of how difficult the situation may appear. What we at Benwell Hill have gained has been four wonderful players all of whom have made a mark on our club for the right reasons. I would recommend without reservation Bouncer Sports to any club.

Whilst, I have not always wished to play in the UK, I was contracted for 5 years from 2002.
